Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, tags, invoices, and any included accessories.

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Personal-care or hygiene items once opened or used

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items, unless damaged or incorrect

• Gift cards, if applicable

Return Request Process

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, NAWAB'S GROUP may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; however, it may be eligible for return under this policy.
